The goal at OMGHerHair is creating high-quality 100% human hair wigs. We understand that sometimes a wig may not be suitable for a customer, or a mistake is made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange and return policy.
Below are the details:
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, due to this we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Please ensure the first contact within 7 working days once received.
(Once beyond 7 working days, we won't offer free exchange. Please keep a good contact during this period)
We only provide one -time complimentary exchange service, a $30 restocking and handling fee will be charged for return package.
Clearance & Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1
Please contact our OMGHerHair service representatives within 7 days of receipt of your wig via email.
If you need to return an item, please email service@omgherhair.com with the following information.
1. First and Last Name of the Purchaser
3. Order Number (This can be found in your OMGHerHair account or original order confirmation email!)
4. What item(s) are being returned or exchanged
5. Reason for Return or Exchange
6. Please attach any applicable pictures.
Step 2
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address to send your unit to.
Step 3
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you and do email us the tracking number to service@omgherhair.com after you have shipped your package.
Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please kindly note that the refund process may take to 4-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
NOTE:
*We do not provide the shipping labels for return items.
*You are responsible for all shipping costs (the shipping fee we shipped it out of $30 and the shipping fee you will return it).
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.
3. Exchange Policy
1. We only offer ONE time FREE exchanges for the eligible item. However we do not provide return shipping labels. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Also the difference fees on that specific exchanged item.
2.We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.
4. For Rush Exchange
1.If you need the new item as soon as possible.You can place a new order online, we will process the new item while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
2. When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.
