SHIPPING POLICY

1. How do you deliver my order and how long will it take to receive my order after I place it?

If no specific request is made, we will randomly use FedEx or DHL for shipping. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Note: The weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

2. Can I change the shipping address when I ordered?

If you want to change your shipping address, you should send email.
In stock wigs: in 24 hours
Custom wigs: in 15 days
If you don't tell us within the appropriate time, we will ship your order to your initial shipping address, if you cannot receive it we are not responsible for it so please be sure about your shipping address.

3. Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Sorry we can not deliver to the P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

4. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, once your order is ready you will receive an email notification with shipping info as well as a tracking number. You can track the shipping status with the tracking number on the relative websites. The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully, too.

5. Do you offer overnight delivery?

Sorry, we do not offer overnight shipping currently.

6. Will there be any customs & taxes on the parcel? & Will you pay for it?

Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “sample” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes,but if it still happens, OMGHerHair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. So Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
Please note that if your order is shipped with DHL Express or FedEx that they will pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from them after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on importing human hair wigs.

7. Do I have to sign for the package?

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

8. Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, we will deduct $25 restocking fee from your original payment.
If a package is returned to OMGHerHair due to failed delivery attempt or customer refusal, it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. The Shipping cost is $25.
